Payments

Card payments are processed by Paylor. We never see or store your full card number. We hold the amount before the visit and charge after the groom. The price you see before booking is the price you pay: no van fee, no booking fee.

Your pet's health

When you book, you confirm your pets are vaccinated and fit for grooming and that you shared any health or behavior notes.
