Your name, mobile number or email, service address, your pets' details and notes, and your visits. We collect only what we need to groom your pets and run your account.

Payments

Your card is entered in Paylor's secure fields. We never see or store your full card number.

Live location

During a visit, we share the groomer's location with you only while the van is on the way. We don't track your location.

Your California privacy rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your account page. We don't sell your personal information. Do Not Sell or Share.
